Jon is passionate about change and delivering things differently. He is a leader with a proven track record in policy and strategy development, transformation, and programme leadership within the public sector. His over twenty years’ experience in public sector organisations have covered both NHS and local government, though all roles have had a focus on organisational transformation and projects.

Jon has specialist skills in programme leadership and stakeholder management and engagement at all levels. He has extensive experience of developing business cases, both short form cases for internal funding release as well as full five-case business case models. Projects have included:

  • Greater Manchester Major Trauma Hospital (P22 Programme Director)
  • Royal Oldham Phase 4A Development (P22 Programme Director)
  • Royal Oldham Phase 4B Business Case Development (P23 Programme Director)

Jon has qualifications in major project leadership from Cranfield University, alongside PRINCE2 and MSP standards. Alongside his experience of delivering large-scale change, his skills in business case development and understanding of data enable him to provide valuable support to organisations in developing  their cases for change, and delivering wholesale transformation programmes aligned to organisational goals and strategies. 

Suzy Robins

Suzy is a highly experienced professional with over twenty years of senior roles in the NHS across various disciplines, including clinical audit, public health, service transformation, transactions, and asset management. Her expertise lies in project management, service improvement, asset management, and capital development, particularly in healthcare planning and commissioning. 

In her most recent role as the Head of Business and Asset Management at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust, Suzy oversaw strategic planning and management of the organisation’s assets and resources. This involved managing budgets, facilities, equipment, and other tangible assets crucial for delivering healthcare services effectively.  Projects have included:

  • Salford Integrated Care Organisation Formation (project manager)
  • Integrated Care – New Models of Care Vanguard Programme (project manager)
  • Salford Royal/Pennine Acute NHS Trusts Transaction (Estates and Facilities Programme Lead)

Her extensive experience and expertise make her a valuable asset in navigating the complexities of healthcare management, particularly in optimising resources and infrastructure to meet evolving patient needs and organisational goals.

Toni is a motivated and collaborative Project Manager with over five years of experience delivering transformation initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments. She is passionate about people-centred change and thrives when supporting organisations through operational and estates-led programmes.  

Toni has extensive experience of strategic estates planning and delivery, including leading end-to-end project planning, stakeholder engagement, and governance activities across multiple workstreams. Toni has strengths in risk management, data-led reporting, project documentation control, and operational readiness. She brings a structured yet flexible approach to delivery, underpinned by a strong understanding of both project methodology and the human impact of change.

Projects Toni has been involved with have included:

  • Black Country Aseptic Transformation (Business Case Support)
  • Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust Renal Transformation (Healthcare Planner)
  • BT Better Workplace Programme – strategic estates transformation across 400+ UK sites (Project Manager)

  • HR Change Portfolio: Project planning and roadmap governance across corporate HR (PMO Coordinator)

Toni has experience working with PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies and is currently completing PRINCE2 certification. She has a strong grasp of project controls including RAID management, stakeholder communications, financial tracking, and post-implementation review.
