Who We Are
Jon is passionate about change and delivering things differently. He is a leader with a proven track record in policy and strategy development, transformation, and programme leadership within the public sector. His over twenty years’ experience in public sector organisations have covered both NHS and local government, though all roles have had a focus on organisational transformation and projects.
Jon has specialist skills in programme leadership and stakeholder management and engagement at all levels. He has extensive experience of developing business cases, both short form cases for internal funding release as well as full five-case business case models. Projects have included:

Jon has qualifications in major project leadership from Cranfield University, alongside PRINCE2 and MSP standards. Alongside his experience of delivering large-scale change, his skills in business case development and understanding of data enable him to provide valuable support to organisations in developing their cases for change, and delivering wholesale transformation programmes aligned to organisational goals and strategies.
Suzy is a highly experienced professional with over twenty years of senior roles in the NHS across various disciplines, including clinical audit, public health, service transformation, transactions, and asset management. Her expertise lies in project management, service improvement, asset management, and capital development, particularly in healthcare planning and commissioning.
In her most recent role as the Head of Business and Asset Management at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust, Suzy oversaw strategic planning and management of the organisation’s assets and resources. This involved managing budgets, facilities, equipment, and other tangible assets crucial for delivering healthcare services effectively. Projects have included:

Her extensive experience and expertise make her a valuable asset in navigating the complexities of healthcare management, particularly in optimising resources and infrastructure to meet evolving patient needs and organisational goals.
