WHO IS COLLECTING YOUR DATA?

This information is used to process and respond to your enquiry. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you.

All the personal data we process is processed by our staff in the UK; however for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers within the European Union. No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.

Completed contact form enquiries will be retained for a maximum of seven years after which time they will be destroyed. However, should you become a client, our client terms and conditions will take over, details of which will be provided at the time.

The legal basis for processing this data is Article 6 (1).b. – Contract: “processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.”
